Our standard service fee is $89, which is waived with a signed repair agreement.
Payment is expected upon completion of the repair, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards, as well as Paypal.
- When you call us, Abbie will personally assist you.
- You will be asked the Type of the appliance requiring service. The Brand, Make, Model and Age of the appliance, and The Model Number.
It is helpful to have this information ready when you speak to Abby.
- Once your information is collected, we then assign your service to one of our certified and experienced technicians.
- The Technician will call you and confirm the exact
- The Technician arrives, assess the repair and gives you a quote for the total cost. Once you sign the authorization for repair the Technician will either return with parts later, or immediately start the repair.
- After the Technician completes the repair to your satification, you make a payment, and get a receipt. The office will follow up within a few days with a quality control call.
